Joy Berus
Co Founder & President

Joy Berus is an attorney, a licensed real estate broker, and an affiliate member of the American Society of Appraisers. She is a Realtor and member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the Orange County Board of Realtors. She has over 19 years experience in real estate law, personal property law, business law, private residential and commercial real estate transactions, and she is an expert in historical home transactions involving valuable fixtures and personal property. She has also represented sellers and real estate agents in mediation and arbitration proceedings. She is an author and lecturer on unique appraisal law issues related to real and personal property and has been quoted in CBS Marketwatch, Forbes and Investor’s Business Daily.
